LEWIS Creative Consultants played a key role in launching a major integrated campaign targeted at IFAs to promote James Hay as the top choice when transferring protected rights funds to a Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).
A change in pension rules, effective from 1st October 2008, will allow investors to move their protected rights funds (accumulated from contracting out of the second state pension [S2P]) to a Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) as opposed to being obliged to hold it in a traditional style personal pension or stakeholder plan, invested in insured funds which historically have underperformed by comparison to some of the investment vehicles available through a SIPP.
The digital campaign, developed and implemented by LEWIS, consisted of online advertising across specialist financial websites such as Money Marketing, IFA Online and FT Adviser, bespoke campaign landing pages (www.protectedrightsunleashed.co.uk) and an HTML email distribution to around two thousand pension specialists across the UK.
